OVERVIEW
They mainly emit UVC light in the 200–280nm
band. They have the characteristics of high efficiency sterilization, mercury-free and environmentally friendly, and long life.
They are widely used in water/air purification, medical disinfection, and industrial surface treatment.
FEATURES
High efficiency sterilization performance: Wavelength selection: 265nm (optimal sterilization wavelength), radiation power of 115–155mW,
and electro-optical conversion efficiency (WPE) of up to 5.3%.
Sterilization dose: The inactivation efficiency of 265nm wavelength for pathogens (such as bacteria and viruses) is significantly better than
that of traditional mercury lamps.
Innovative package design Open ceramic package with integrated reflector (120° emitting angle), no cover glass required, and reduced optical loss.
Based on AlGaN flip chip technology, it supports highly flexible wavelength adjustment (such as 275nm for industrial use). High reliability and lifespan
