OVERVIEW
The 3528 UV LED is an ultraviolet light-emitting diode in a standard 3528 package (3.5mm×2.8mm×0.8mm), mainly covering the UVA band (320–400nm), and some models support 395nm violet light or deep ultraviolet (<300nm). Its core advantages include high radiation efficiency, compact design and mercury-free environmental protection, suitable for professional fields such as curing, sterilization, and detection.

Band range: 320–400nm (UVA), 395–405nm (violet light curing), 280–300nm (UVC sterilization).
Working current: 20–150mA, pulse current supports 500mA (≤2 seconds).
Reliability and lifespan
Antistatic 2000–3000V, operating temperature -40℃~+85℃, lifespan over 50,000 hours (light decay <25%).
Copper bracket + silicone encapsulation, resistant to 260℃ reflow soldering, 120° wide-angle light emission.
