OVERVIEW
The 2835 UV LED is a surface mount UV LED with a 2835 package size (2.8mm×3.5mm×0.8mm). It mainly emits UVA band (365–405nm), and some models support 395nm violet light or deep ultraviolet (<300nm). Its core advantages are high radiation efficiency, compact design and environmental protection (mercury-free), suitable for professional fields such as curing, sterilization, and detection.

Band selection: 395–405nm (violet light curing), 365–385nm (UVA industrial application), 280–300nm (UVC sterilization).
Radiant power: 1W model has a typical radiation intensity of 200–500mW/cm² (@395nm).

Working current: 60–300mA (1W model), pulse current supports 500mA.

Drive requirements: Constant current power supply is required to avoid reverse voltage >5V.
Welding protection: Anti-static operation, reflow soldering peak temperature ≤260℃.
Storage conditions: Unopened humidity ≤ 60% RH, use within 48 hours after opening
