OVERVIEW

3535 ceramic UV LED is a UV light-emitting diode using a standard 3535 package (3.5mm×3.5mm). It is based on ceramic substrate technology and has excellent heat dissipation and stability. It mainly covers UVA (320–400nm), UVB (280–320nm) and UVC (200–280nm) bands, suitable for high-demand scenarios such as curing, sterilization, and detection.

FEATURES

Band Selection: 265nm (UVC Sterilization), 275nm (Industrial Disinfection), 365–405nm (UVA Curing).

Radiant Power: UVC model outputs 40–115mW, and the electro-optical conversion efficiency reaches 3.7–5.3%.

Efficient Heat Dissipation and Reliability

The ceramic substrate has high thermal conductivity, an operating temperature of -40℃~+85℃, and a lifespan of over 20,000 hours (UVC model).

Antistatic 2000–4000V (HBM standard), open package design reduces optical loss.

Integrated reflector (120° emitting angle), no cover glass required, compatible with standard UV lens.

AlGaN flip chip technology, supports highly flexible wavelength and power adjustment.

APPLICATION

UV glue/ink curing (395nm), PCB coating (365nm).

Sterilization and disinfection

Water/air purification (265nm UVC), surface disinfection of medical equipment.

Detection and medical

Fluorescence detection (365nm), skin disease treatment (UVB).

Consumer electronics

Banknote detector, jewelry appraisal (365nm).

PRECAUTIONS

Drive requirements: Constant current power supply is required, avoid reverse voltage > 5V.

Soldering process: Reflow soldering peak temperature ≤ 260℃, anti-static operation
