7070 infrared LEDs are high-power IR emitters that use a 7.0mm × 7.0mm ceramic or metal-based package. They typically operate in the 850nm or 940nm wavelength range,

850nm infrared LED: Some light red light is visible to the naked eye, suitable for scenes where it is necessary to observe whether the light source is working properly, such as camera fill light.
940nm infrared LED: invisible to human eyes, more suitable for hidden scenes, but some cameras have slightly lower sensitivity.
Can be used with lenses, reflectors or heat sinks to further improve performance.
