    ENVIRONENTAL POLICY

    I. Restriction of Hazardous Substances

    Globally Unified Standards

The EU RoHS 2.0 Directive requires that the content of lead (Pb), mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), and hexavalent chromium (Cr6⁺) in LED lamp beads shall not exceed 1000ppm, 1000ppm, 100ppm, and 1000ppm respectively

China's "Measures for the Administration of Restricted Use of Hazardous Substances in Electronic and Electrical Products" simultaneously implements the above standards and adds a new limit of gallium arsenide (GaAs) content ≤ 0.1%

    Special Process Exemption

High melting point welding is allowed to contain lead (exempt until 2026)

    Glass parts lead/arsenic/antimony content ≤ 0.1% (only non-intentional additions)

II. Energy efficiency and light quality requirements

    Indicator

    Chinese Standard (GB)

    European Standard (ErP)

    Test Method
    Initial luminous efficacy≥69lm/W≥85lm/WGB/T 24824

    Color rendering index (CRI)

    ≥80≥80(R9≥50)EN 62471
    Luminous flux maintenance≥85%(12kh)≥90%(6kh)IEC 62321

    III. Recycling obligations

    Extended producer responsibility

China requires that the recycling rate of LED lamp beads be ≥70% by 2025, and a product life cycle traceability system must be established

The EU WEEE Directive requires mandatory labeling of recycling logos (trash can icon with a cross) and provides free recycling channels

    Technical specifications

Physical disassembly: The recycling rate of metal parts (copper/aluminum) must be ≥95%

Chemical treatment: The extraction rate of rare earth elements (yttrium/europium) in phosphors must be ≥90%

    IV. Enterprise compliance path

    Certification system

China CQC energy-saving certification (luminous efficiency ≥110lm/W can obtain a first-level energy efficiency label)

EU CE certification must simultaneously meet the EN 62493 electromagnetic field safety standard

    Material substitution

It is recommended to use cyanide-free electroplating process (in compliance with GB 8978-2025 wastewater standards)

Short-chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs≤0.1%) are prohibited for plastic parts
