QueendomTechnology's R&D personnel come from different disciplines, including material physics, organic chemistry, semiconductor optoelectronic devices, circuit control, 

nanotechnology, optics, heat dissipation research, etc. In recent years, more than 20 scientific research projects have been actively carried out in the fields of intelligent lighting, 

large-size LED-TV backlight, ceramic LED packaging technology, deep ultraviolet product applications, etc., and the annual R&D investment has remained at 4%-8% of the annual operating 

income. The company's "LAMP LED", "SMD LED", "POWER LED", "COB LED", "LED module" and other products have been rated as national high-tech products.

The company has hired LED light source experts, established a professional R&D team, and established a special laboratory to develop various new products that adapt to market

 development according to market conditions, and continuously improve existing products to meet customer needs.

The company currently has a laboratory for LED light source and agricultural lighting products. The laboratory area is more than 200 square meters and is well-equipped.

 It has the necessary scientific research facilities and instruments for product research, including: environmental protection testing equipment, lightning strike test equipment, 

salt spray test equipment, high and low temperature/constant temperature and humidity test equipment, etc.

Patent Achievements

As of the first quarter of 2018, the company has obtained a number of national patents and 18 patents are under application, mainly invention patents and utility model patents.

 Most of the company's patents have been industrialized, forming a product structure system with advanced technology, reasonable product structure and reliable quality, 

effectively improving product quality and market competitiveness.

Standard Formulation

As a member unit of the Standard Working Group of the QUEENDOM Semiconductor Technology Business Association, it actively participates in the formulation and revision of 

industry Leiao standards and industry standards. A technical strategy and standardization department has been established within the company, actively establishing corporate standards, 

compiling and promulgating a number of corporate product standards, setting up corporate standard supervisors, and promoting the development of corporate standardization.

 From 2010 to 2018, the company undertook and led the compilation and revision of the Chinese standards "LED Ceramic Medium and High Power Design Standards" 

and "LED Lamp Application Technical Specifications", and participated in the formulation and revision of many other local standards.
